How the work runs
What came in, what it cost, what it yielded and what it became are one continuous record — so the margin on a run is carried forward, not assembled afterwards from four different places.
Raw material is received batch by batch and costed at the moment it lands, at the weight actually taken in.
Yield is captured per run and carried through to the finished goods it produced, rather than averaged across a month.
Output moves into temperature-controlled positions under the same lot identity it was made under.
Inventory is valued from the runs themselves. Every figure traces back to a batch you can name.
In production
Client names are withheld. What each operation does is not — each one is a working sample of this sector, built and run on our own system rather than secured after the fact.
Raw material received and costed batch by batch, processing yield carried through to finished goods, output moved into cold storage, inventory valued per run.
Margin known for each batch, not estimated at month end.
We will show the workflow on a working system, and show that the server behind it cannot be found from outside.
