How the work runs
Third-party storage only works if the operator and the owner of the goods read the same record. The floor scale is the point of truth, and the monthly bill is assembled from what actually happened in the racks.
Weight is captured where it is taken, not typed in later from a note. Catch-weight goods carry their real weight, never a nominal one.
Every pallet has a position and a lot. Finding stock is a lookup, not a walk.
Counts run against live positions, so a discrepancy surfaces the week it happens instead of at year end.
Storage and handling are billed from the movements and the days held — each line traceable to the event that produced it.
In production
Client names are withheld. What each operation does is not — each one is a working sample of this sector, built and run on our own system rather than secured after the fact.
Temperature-controlled positions holding produce and frozen stock. Receiving weighed on the floor scale and captured at the point of truth, lot and catch-weight tracking, cycle counts.
Monthly storage and handling reconciled line by line.
A separate site under separate management, running the same workflow for a different owner’s goods.
Neither site can reach the other.
We will show the workflow on a working system, and show that the server behind it cannot be found from outside.
